Sajjad Imran is an International development professional with 27 years’ multidisciplinary experience in designing, management, and monitoring & evaluation of high impact multimillion dollar projects for relief and development.
Mohammad Khan has more than 42 years of experience in Program Design, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation with special focus on Assessment of M&E Regime, development, and oversight, of implementation of M&E regime.
Anwar Hussain has over 20 years of project management experience (including long- standing leadership work for Local Councils Associations in Pakistan). He has visited 85 countries of the world to gain knowledge of LGs.
Umar Imtiaz Rana brings over 10 years of rich experience in the fields of communications, media, and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Communications and Media Manager at the Association for Development of Governance.
World Bank Funded Development of Strategic Plan for Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs
Technical Assistance under World Bank Group Funded Punjab Government Project to developed five-year (2024-2029) Strategic Plan for the department. The plan was developed through a broad-based consultative process involving key stakeholders, minorities, multilateral and bilateral donors. The project was also supported by the Canadian High Commission and UNDP.
EU Funded Local Empowerment, Advocacy and Development for SDGs Localisation in Pakistan
Technical Support for EU funded “Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy and Development (LEAD), for localization of SDGs in Pakistan”. Established plans and strategies for project delivery, designed the training materials and tools for the capacity building of Local Councils, their associations and stakeholders. Conducted District Level SDGs Target’s Ranking and developed learning and knowledge management tools on SDGs. Also developed issue briefs, generated policy dialogues and wrote Policy Briefs for the localization of SDGs.
USIP Funded Developing Women Leadership for Sustainable Local Governments
Business Development and proposal writing for “Developing Women Leadership for Disaster Resilience Local Governments in Sindh and Balochistan”, a United States Institute of Peace (USIP)/ USAID funded project. Also offered technical assistance for program delivery and tools for capacity building and leadership training of women councillors and developing road maps for Local Councils for disaster preparedness.
UNDP Funded Government Stakeholders' Engagement
UNDP’s HeP-II program, the DHL funded activity to develop strategies for Government Stakeholders’ engagement for Human Rights Education in Pakistan. This will cover exploring opportunity to collaborate with the Pakistani higher education institutions; Higher Education Commissions at the national and provincial levels, leading public sector universities and Government departments in each province.
